Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on all purchases made in the online store, in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act. The period applies from the day you receive the goods.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days.

You are welcome to test the paintings or prints on your wall, but please note that I want them back in their original condition so that I can resell them to someone who can enjoy them. You send them back in the packaging you received them in, and return costs are covered by the buyer. You can also arrange to deliver them back directly to me. Once the return is received, the purchase price will be refunded.

Complaints and defects in the product

If the item is damaged, incorrectly manufactured or otherwise not as expected, please contact me as soon as possible - and no later than within 14 days of receiving the item.

This allows me to quickly follow up on the matter with the supplier.

If your complaint is approved, you will be offered a new product or a refund of the purchase.

Transport and delivery

If the package does not arrive, or is lost in transit, please contact me within 14 days of the expected delivery time so that I can investigate the matter and help you further.

Important information

The products are made to order and therefore cannot always be returned or exchanged if they are not in resaleable condition.
